CNC doesn't have automatic leveling function, so the uneven printing base plate caused by long-time transportation or the tilt of x-axis guide rail will have a greater impact on the printing results.
1. First of all, we can ensure the parallelism between the x-axis guide rail and the base plate by adjusting the x-axis guide rail: loosen the three screws behind the x-axis guide rail, then fine-tuning the x-axis guide rail up and down, and measure and adjust the distance between the x-axis guide rail and the printing base plate with a measuring gauge to make both sides the same, and lock the screws;
2. Secondly, the parallelism between the x-axis guide rail and the workpiece can be adjusted by adjusting the inclination of the printed object (pad paper or other objects at the bottom of the unprocessed side).
