1.FDM Toolhead

The FDM tool head of this machine adopts the wire feeding mode of the remote extruder (the maximum temperature is less than 240 degrees). The bottom plate can be heated, but it can only be heated to about 50 degrees due to the power supply and the open structure, so it cannot support TPU and soft material printing. ABS is also difficult to print complex models. At present, it only supports the printing of PLA materials.

2.FDM-Dual Toolhead

At present, the FDM dual tool head can only support the same PLA double-color printing, or the printing of different temperature materials, but the remote extruder does not support the printing of soft support materials. At present, the common HIPS or water-soluble support materials in the market, we have done some printing tests to ensure that each printing can be successful.

3.Laser Toolhead

 The Laser tool head of this machine adopts a purple laser with 1500 MW electric power. The laser can engrave wood, leather, cardboard, carton, plastic and other materials. It is impossible to carve reflective materials (such as mirror leather or plastic), transparent materials (such as acrylic, glass), metal materials (such as aluminum, iron, stainless steel, etc.) and cutting materials. The principle of laser engraving is to burn the surface of material. It cannot process color and, but can only process natural color and gray level. 4.CNC Toolhead

The CNC tool head of this machine adopts 385 DC motor with no-load speed ranging from 8000 to 10000 rpm. The CNC motor can engraving wood, plastic, Chevron, foam board, acrylic and other non-metallic materials. Cannot carve metal  materials (such as aluminum, iron, stainless steel, etc.) and high hardness materials (such as glass). At present, the CNC function of Ecubware can only be used for sculpture processing (processing effect refers to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2). If stereo relief processing is needed, other special software FUSION360 is needed for slicing. For reference of the course (, the effect of relief processing is referred to (fig. 3 and Fig. 4).
